This course includes over 50 exercises at various levels. Many of the sequences can be easily adapted for beginners as well as more advanced participants. The price includes the PDF of the Foundations book (in English), with over 300 pages.

The course lasts 6 hours. Course materials consist of the PDF of Rebecca Beckler’s book in the original language. The cost of the book is included in the course fee.
Course time: 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Cost: CHF 260 (Early Bird: CHF 240 for payment by Mai 30, 2026)
You can participate online or attend in person at my studio in Egg bei Zurich.
The course is recognized by the German Pilates Association.
The course fee must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the start of the course.
